Hard Allermuir effort from the pumphouse. Aim was for a sort of tempo feel but hard to judge and was probably working a bit harder than that. Wee bit breezy and didn't feel super fast but pleased to run about 10s faster than I have on this climb before

Carnethy reps. 10X2mins with jog down recoveries. Working hard and felt quite good. Legs a bit heavy in the second half but pushing through. I feel like strava has maybe overestimated the height gain for this a bit. Pleased to get a good 30 mins of hard uphill running packed in tonight though
