Rounding off a really shit week. Started off knackered from ochils and on top of that I've had a little bit of a crash mentally and motivation to actually train was extremely low all week. Wee bit of a cold as well but not too bad and just being a little overly cautious since Ben Nevis is soon. Will probably be keeping things pretty chilled this week too.
