Nice to get out and do a slightly longer run in the great weather. Flashbacks to summer when I was feeling fit and bashing out lots of hilly miles most evenings. Moving fairly well tonight once I loosened off. Climbs still feeling a little tough but not sure if that's just tiredness or still a little bit of a lack of hill fitness

Good session tonight. Running with Hamish and Juan for most of it. Juan held on well and dropped off a bit after 6. Was feeling good tonight and I was the one pushing the pace a bit this week with Hamish dropping off a little right at the end. Paces a little variable depending on where we were on the loop. First a bit slow as we got into it and had to stop for a car on the 6th. Pretty happy with this.
