Easy with Sean and Michael round the 7 reservoirs half marathon route. Wee bit extra running from home to meet them on the route. Feeling decent enough.

Week 1 of “training” again after faffing and not doing much for a while. Did what I wanted in terms of mileage but no second session. Aiming to keep the volume similar for a wee while and add a bit more quality in. Don’t want to go too mad too early

Meadows speedwork with Sean and Connor. Roughly stole Jonny's 200,200,400 session from the other week but did it off time for simplicity instead and did (35,35,75). 35s was probably about right for the 200s but running over 400 on the 75s.

First proper session in a while and first session on road since March so wasn't expecting much. Feeling surprisingly good and was the strongest of the three of us when I'd expected they'd be dropping me since they're speedier
