Another Myreside session with a good group. 2x4mins (1min), 2x8mins (2mins), 2x4mins (1min). Running with Hamish and Alex for most of this. Mostly felt pretty comfortable up until the last rep where Hamish took it out pretty hard.

20x200m off 90s easy jog on the watsons pitches.

Pretty much all of these were 34s give or take a second. Not pushing massively or anything and just ticking them off and getting the legs turning over. Not feeling overly bad but thought about bailing at 10 then decided I may as well do 15 to get more out of it and when you reach 15 20 is no different really.

Got out a bit late and it was a bit dark for the last few reps. Getting muddier as well.
