Muddy, wet and windy so proper xc conditions and not moving overly fast. Felt like I was working well though and was pretty consistent apart from rep 4 where the wind picked up and it felt like I was hardly moving on one of the straights.

Taking an easier week on the Tuesday session this week after feeling pretty tired on my weekend runs. Cut the volume a bit and cruised the reps keeping them nice and comfortable. First one felt super relaxed and like I was hardly trying. Picked it up a bit more and felt more like normal threshold by the end but still fairly chill
