Slightly better conditions than last week with parts of the loop being drier and less wind but found this tougher. Fading a little bit through the session. Had a really bad sleep the night before so thinking that may have played a part.
Felt my ankle a little warming up but fine once I got off road. Think it was just a niggle to remind me to keep up the trail stuff a bit more and not just run on roads
