Easy with strides. Similar route to Monday but was a bit muddy for road shoes in places after the rain of the last few days. Started one stride on the grass but it was too slippy so moved to the road. Wind assisted so they felt really smooth and fast

35 min cemetery loop tempo. Good effort although not quite as comfortable as I would have liked. Fraser running late and he jumped in after about 7 mins and helped pull me along which was good. Still all my fastest tempos ever have been about this pace and I've never done one of them over 30 mins before.

Last week's easy week has definitely made a difference. Felt recovered pretty soon after the session and fine on the jog home whereas the last few weeks I've felt wiped out all evening after.
