Would normally do a session on saturday but was so nice and just wanted to muck about in the hills. Fairly brisk first climb and then chilled out. Feel like I'm climbing fairly well at the moment but legs not quite used to descending again yet

Hill run with Sophie. Very nice to be back in the hills for the first time in a couple of months. Awesome evening and sunset too. Could feel some muscles working on the first climb when Sophie set off a bit keen but eased off soon enough and felt fine.

Bit disappointed to not be able to hold the pace. I've gone faster on this session before for 5 reps and for 4 on grass previously. Solid bit of work anyway and shouldn't overthink it.
