Long run with Fraser and Matt. Including some steep climbs. Felt a bit rough on these and dropping off the back a bit. Both of them feeling fresher than me and pushing the pace more than I wanted to at times. Got dropped by a couple of minutes on the Win hill climb while they went for it and I kept things chill

Tough session today. Meant to be taking the whole thing quite hard. Running 5:20 pace on the 2 mile rep. Then wrecked myself a bit on the 400s and couldn't pick it up on the 1 mile and that was 5:22 pace. Feeling a bit in survival mode for the second half of the session. Hardest I've worked for a while. Best I've felt doing a session for the last couple of weeks though

Easy run from Brinscall with Ben's dad's club. Had expected to split into groups and go at our own pace but in the end wound up stopping to regroup and going pretty slowly. Happy with the chill pace but was a long one and got home late

Part of the CR track session. Did 1 mile tempo and 5x400. Just quite tired tonight and hip feeling a bit tight plus the weather was miserable so bailed early. Definitely did too much too soon after the half marathon and paying the price now. Will chill out a bit more.
