Short hill reps session with Fraser. Wanting to get into the habit of doing some more hill sessions now racing is coming back.
5x3mins jog down recovery
Using the Bowstones climb above the forest. Not the steepest gradient but some good transitions between steep and flatter where it was good to try and push on more.
Feeling much better than I'd expected to and happy with how I was running. Second half hurting more but last rep was the fastest and fairly consistent in the others
