This was definitely tough to get into. First part of the first interval felt really good and I was into it, had a goal of just trying to stick with the girls. About mid point of first one started to lose it mentally a bit. During the second was thinking about the third- need to stay focused. Just glad I finished- will keep working towards finishing the work outs and taking it one day at a time.
