This run was tough at first -- I think I'm still recuperating from the race last weekend (!) because I could feel it in my quads. But after a few miles, I started to feel good and tried to push it a bit on the second half, which was pretty hilly.

First run post-race. Ran with the pooch. Somehow I read my training plan wrong and thought I only had 2 runs this week so that's why I didn't run until today. But I could definitely feel a lot of soreness still, especially in my quads. Probably from hammering the downhills at the race.
