50 free wasn't bad. Backstroke felt the best, but pretty tired in all. Second place in backstroke behind Carly. Entire first heat of butterfly was under :30 which was really impressive. 100 free tanked due to exhaustion and fatigue. Much better start to season than last year though except 100 free.

5x200 alt back/br by 25 @3:00 (tough to keep breaststroke form when tired. Average 8 strokes per length)

Didn't feel super great today. Left shoulder and both ankles hurt. Need to begin resistance band exercises again.
