Was supposed to have done green but there wasn't enough maps left apart from blue/brown so had to do the blue course knee wasn't hurting for the first couple of controls but by the 5th control it was a dull ache which I could just about cope with by control 15 I could hardly run (half due to lack of fitness) and had to walk through the marsh and up some of the hills.
