This was my first workout in a long time, and it was really rough. I kinda felt like I was dying. I thought I took the first tempo loop easy, but then it was really hard to keep up the times for the 2nd and 3rd intervals, I really had to push myself to make it a consistent time. After the workout all I wanted to do was sleep. I had to bike home from practice, and what should have been an easy bike ride home was one of the most difficult bike rides home, I felt super week and thought I was going to faint multiple times. I also had a really painful lower back, it kind of feels like I pinched something in my back.
