Run: I ran from McVeigh gym around GAAF and back to McVeigh gym. Upon arriving I cooled down for about 5 minutes, waiting for my hr to get below 120, and then I conducted accelerations (sprints) on the grass.
Comments: The run felt slow. I feel I need to increase my pace on the long run. Lois assures me that I will increase my speed with the sprints and hills.

Sprints: I conducted sprints following my run around GAAF. I allowed myself approximately 5 minutes to rest before the sprints.
I ran 5x 100m sprints. The following were my times: 1) 17.01, 2) 16.27, 3) 15.83, 4) 15.12, and 5) 15.18.
Comments: I feel that these times are very slow and should be increased. The 100m were paced out by me. I don't believe I am off by much, but I will be moving to the track to get a more specific distance.
