Rode the Western Chehalis Trail from Yelm Hwy to Rainier and back. This was conducted at a moderate pace of approx 16mph, I rode at a relatively slow rate. I was parterned with Chris W.

Conducted a run around GAAF at 5.084 miles. This was done at an average pace of 8min40sec/mile pace. I ended the run with 100m sprints: 1) 18.49; 2) 16.24; 3) 15.68; 4) 15.77; and 5) 16.67.

First ride to Nisqually River. I continued to spin as required for continued base work. My pace was effected by a hill just prior to the Nisqually River, I intend to increase my pace to over 17 mph in the next week.

Swimming (Lap Swim) 27:00 [3] 0.5 km (54:00 / km)

This is the worst event for me. I am working on 100yd swim with 30 sec rest for 5x and 50yd swim with 30 sec rest for 5x, and a 1 min rest between 100yd and 50yd repeats. I end with kick board, cool down with breast stroke and finish with one complete lap of freestyle.

Conducted an easy run for 1 hour achieving 7.6 miles. I then conducted hill repeats at Miller hill behind the ed center on Ft Lewis. I conducted 5 hill repeats, which were all at an intensity level of 5.

Very easy ride around Ft Lewis. Had tube problems; had a flat at 15.56 miles and was given a ride.
