Bicycling (Nisqually River ride) 1:33:07 [3] 26.5 mi (3:31 / mi)

Biked from the compound to the Nisqually River and back.

Running long (Miller Hill) 1:06:54 [4] 7.46 mi (8:58 / mi)
ahr:150 max:172 slept:5.75 weight:196lbs

Run: Conducted a 7.461 mile run. Ran from Miller Hill to old Madigan and back. I then conducted 5 hill repeats. My avg pace was 8min58sec and avg speed of 6.6mph. Max pace was 7min03sec and max speed was 8.6mph.
Hills: Ran 5 hill repeats. I waited until my hr was below 120 before running the hill again. I allowed approximately 10min between the long run and the hill repeats.
1) 1.00.06, 2) 1.03.56, 3) 1.02.92, 4) 1.05.31 and 5) 1.10.34.

Comments: I did not get enough sleep the previous night and I did not give my self enough rest time (12 hr+) from the previous day's bike ride. I felt exhausted all day.

Rode with Chris W again. We went from his house along Pacific Ave all the way to Boston Harbor. During the ride hit approximately 6-8 hills. I attempted to spin along the route as I am still building my base.
