Trail Running 4:40:00 [3] 31.05 km (9:01 / km)

What a perfect day, sunny with a little breeze!!! Took another crack at the North Face Course at Blue Mountain, and got through it feeling great once again. Great group today, BGY , BENT, Ben and Elizabeth (her first long trail run in a very long time) and she did awesome.
Hip/groin pain was present at start of race and lingered through first 5km, and then faded away and only felt little to no pain at all beyond that.
Got to keep hitting the hills and thinking I will be in good form for race day!

Trail Running 1:14:00 [3] 10.5 km (7:03 / km)

Thursday night in Palgrave, out early and did a loop, looked for pond switch back (as in strava) and pounded out a quick lap to beat my segment record.
Back to lot to meet group, started off good pace then let someone go up front and the picked up pace too much, not as enjoyable and not for me on easy Thursday run.

Trail Running 1:16:00 [3] 10.4 km (7:18 / km)

With BGY and Sabrina off Coolhaus into Glen Haffey, struggled a little sent not running for 5 days ( gave hip a rest)and had troubles with new shoes.
Back to car and out other side, down K2 and then back up...made it to top without knowing I was even there... Feeling strong!!
Same issue, pain at offset of run and 5kmbin started to feel hip little better but still felt off.
Always enjoyable run with BGY and Sabrina!
