Bütgenbach lake. Grand beau. Alternance M/C 5/5 pendant 40’ puis 4/6, 3/7,... > 1/9. Deux derniers km full run. Genou un peu sensible en descendant au début mais au dessus rotule. Puis globalement 99% ok. Sense ok.
