Warm up and running back after the course

orienteering - General 1:03:36 [3] 6.36 km (10:00 / km) +53m 9:36 / km

Orienteering intervals. Lot's of thorns and undergrowth but the clear visibility makes up for it. Majority of the time longed is spent waiting around for others or jogging to keep moving. The actual course was 4.1 km. Went well overall, ran hard, and a few times took far to aggressive route choices trying to run through thick undergrowth. At times, I wasn't planning ahead enough or should had a better plan on the features I'd use.
