Did 8x1000s, starting on every 5 minutes, final three rests I just kept to 60-70 seconds. I was aiming to run at consistent pace around 3:40 but it took me 4 trys to get to that pace. 1st was 3:16, and I took a bit off each time but apparently not enough the the first three laps.
