Decided to keep it easier and did a 30 minute tempo on some paths along the river in Salamanca. Felt alright running, but cold still here. If I’m still feeling it tomorrow, I’ll likely skip intervals and just do some 200m accelerations after an easy run to get my legs moving fast

Short jog over to a park. Did 2 sets of the runner 360 and then 2x15 pistol squats on each leg with 15 push-ups in the middle because, yeah, I’m huge.
