Just gave myself the climb on map. Better today, focused on walking out controls and making sure I actually had a plan, still a few minute mistakes but stuff to improve on tomorrow.
I’m happy I knew where I was in a bubble the whole time, but a few mistakes or hooks in the circle or attacking controls. Largest mistake is when I went to cross a river, but thought a small clearing was the trail and got stuck in thorns trying to cross. Also bearings were a bit off at times.
