Running the middle course from last weeks vinternat. Took a 3 minute rest half way, not counting rest in training time. Feeling my calves or maybe my achilles (don't really know, feels like somewhere in the middle) a little and got sore after picking up the pace on the final 300m trail stretch to the finish.
Technically, some bearings were sloppy and thrown around a couple times when the vegetation had changed, but all around fairly clean.
