B-final Middle. Massively screwed up the first control, lost 4-4.5 mins. Pretty absurd when I only had 150m from the start triangle to the flag.

Solid enough orienteering from 1 to 13, and then made a stupid mistake on 14 running up the wrong stream, re-entrant. Forced me to go around a section of impassible cliffs so losing 1-1.5 mins. Then, pretty messy from there making a few 30s to 1 min mistakes on the final legs.

Good in the sense in went better then yesterday, bad in the sense it wasn't a good race. Struggling a bit in the steep, very detailed areas. A good number of the mistakes coming from that I had no concrete plan to actually attack the controls. Of course I need to start mentally ready to run, and actually being at my start on time would be good, but that isn't news.
