orienteering - General race 1:00:00 [4]

All together my race didn't go too great. I had trouble staying focused on orienteering throughout the race (which now that I think about it, happens quite often), it didn't help I forgot to come up with a goal before I started my race, so I'll need to get back in that habit. I need to start focusing more on visualizing my route again because that helps me concentrate more on orienteering. I also needed to run harder but I guess I could cut myself some slack because of how muddy it was and how my feet were frozen fro crossing to much water/streams. However o the bright side the only time I added any significant time was when I slid down the steep muddy hill and struggled to climb back up it too the control (C I believe)

running hills 10:00 [4]

Ran the stairs twice, since no one else showed up to TNT, and I wasn't really feeling like running too far.

orienteering - General race (X-league) 32:00 [3]

1st X-league race, it went alright. I wasn't feeling too great the last few days and I got a cramp in the warm up. I started off pretty good until I realized I hadn't seen a control in the corner of the map (4), which added a good amount of distance. Half way through I started to feel sick so I just slowed down for the rest of it.

running warm up/down 25:00 [2]

Warm up (also including the time we were running to the loops)

running intervals 30:00 [4]

The little sister loops, I would run one, then Duane would run one with me, and then I would rest while Duane did one , and repeat that.
