Yoga 19:00 [1]

running warm up/down 30:00 [1]

running hills 30:00 [4]

Did 2 sets of Cardiac Hill (5 each time). Then I did one final hill pushing hard, and we finished with 5 sprints of the top of the hill. By the way I noticed that the muscles on the back of my leg just above the knee (not sure what it's called), tend to get sore/tired the quickest on hills, and I was curious if anyone knew any exercises that could strengthen them.

running 34:10 [2]

I felt pretty good running tonight, would have been so close to the time I guessed if I hadn't taken that extra run around Morgan Firestone.

Yoga 19:00 [2]

Finally got around to doing Yoga, I'm gonna keep doing that for a few weeks and see if it helps my knees.

Worked on simplification and visualizing my route

running 40:00 [3] 8.0 km (5:00 / km)

Noah had a hair cut so I decided to run from the place up to my dads, Gmaps pedometer says I was 19.1 meters under 8 km, which seems about right. Did some stretches 2 km in and continued. It might have taken 45 minutes, but I'm not really sure, I can say that it was cold though.

orienteering - General race 1:00:00 [4]

All together my race didn't go too great. I had trouble staying focused on orienteering throughout the race (which now that I think about it, happens quite often), it didn't help I forgot to come up with a goal before I started my race, so I'll need to get back in that habit. I need to start focusing more on visualizing my route again because that helps me concentrate more on orienteering. I also needed to run harder but I guess I could cut myself some slack because of how muddy it was and how my feet were frozen fro crossing to much water/streams. However o the bright side the only time I added any significant time was when I slid down the steep muddy hill and struggled to climb back up it too the control (C I believe)
