running 50:00 [3] 9.65 km (5:11 / km)

Ran down from Ancaster, did some dynamic stretches 2 km in. Would have been a great day for running, if all the trails hadn't been covered in ice or just really muddy.

running warm up/down 5:00 [1]

Did a slow cool down since my left knee was sore. I'm pretty sure it hurt from one of the many times I slipped on the ice ...probably should have not worn running shoes.

running 1:40:00 [2]

Easy long run, and did a few intervals along the way, the whale backs, k2 (which I just made sure I kept a constant pace since I didn't really feel like sprinting up it), and from Trav's tree along the Bruce trail.

running warm up/down 15:00 [1]

running hills 34:28 [3] 6.2 km (5:34 / km)

We did three sets of the three sisters ...or as Duane said the 2 sisters and the step sister. Since we replaced Nancy green with just running to the end of the flat section of the stairs every third loop. Felt pretty sick running but that was my fault, due to the two bags of candy and the energy drink I drank today.

running 38:50 [3]

Ran three simple follow the line loops and after each we did a set of stairs and over the course of three I had to carry 60 pounds up.

running warm up/down 8:00 [1]

running 15:00 [2]

Collected the lights from two of the loops (we had to remember where we saw them on the loop)

running intervals 40:00 [4] 7.5 km (5:20 / km)

Sets of aberdine loops (I didn't spell that right), we did 1, 2, 1, 2, 1, and then 2 loops. We took roughly a bit over 2 minutes rest in between. My legs were feeling sore (not having a proper qarmup contributed to this), and I had to make a conscious ever to prevent my knees from caving inwards as I ran. So the only interval I actually ran a good pace on was the final single loop.
