Warm-up from the parking lot to the Dundern stairs and back, following with some dynamic stretches.

I started with the Bannistairs (doing them in a time of 3:57). I took my time going down and then since my legs were sore before the Bannistairs I decided I would just jog the stairs doing a pyramid upwards. I just made sure I kept a constant pace going up the stairs and did not walk.
X-league at bayfront park tonight, it went fairly well except for the two controls that went missing. I got all the controls but I was a bit over time. I need to improve my confidence in my navigation again because the one control was map memory and off the map. This one happened to go missing and I got to the correct place and ended up wasting 5 minutes running around checking I wasn't wrong.
we did 8 figure 8s with a minute rest in between and 2 minutes after the 4th loop. Didn't feel great running, but tried to push myself on the final loop.
Ran down from Ancaster, did some dynamic stretches 2 km in. Would have been a great day for running, if all the trails hadn't been covered in ice or just really muddy.
Did a slow cool down since my left knee was sore. I'm pretty sure it hurt from one of the many times I slipped on the ice ...probably should have not worn running shoes.
Easy long run, and did a few intervals along the way, the whale backs, k2 (which I just made sure I kept a constant pace since I didn't really feel like sprinting up it), and from Trav's tree along the Bruce trail.
