Intervals did the fairway loops up by the Bruce trail. Did 1, then a double (more of a 1 and 2 thirds, since we just picked up the loop as the trail splits and goes up the hill), and repeated this another two times. Ran the 1st one easier since I didn't warm up, but I need to start doing more training. Also knees were sore, partially from cold and not strengthening. Had about a minute and a half rest between each.
