running warm up/down 15:00 [1]

orienteering - General 1:28:28 [3]

This race went really poorly. I did not make any huge mistakes I just felt in general sloppy. I had a few good legs, such as 2 and 11 but I ended up losing 30 seconds or so and a few minutes respectively due to not slowing down going into the control circle. Need to remember for next race to slow down and make sure to have an attackpoint or a few key features. All together it got even worse after the leg going to (and during) control 12 after I hit the bump on my knee from Osgood–Schlatter disease which resulted in me slowing down fairly significantly.

orienteering - General race 33:58 [3]

The race went alright, most of my legs went well until the final control circle (exception of control 3, where I just had a really dumb route choice and poor compass bearing to the stream/bridge).

orienteering - General race 21:27 [4]

Had a brutal >3 minute mistake to control 5 which resulted in me losing my focus and trying to make up time (even though I realized I can not). Resulted in a lot of sloppy legs afterwards, but I eventually settled down for the last ten or so legs. Good news however is it was one of the fastest sprints I ran (running wise). Need to improve on planning the full route and looking at the actual control circle and feature it's on. Also maybe taking the next leg slightly slower right after making a mistake to get my head back into orienteering.

running 25:00 [3]

Meghan's loop of vague discomfort tonight. The objective was to do the loops as close as possible in time each time. I felt I did this pretty well other then the first loop where I took an extra minute since my knees were bothering me (and had to urinate). Did 8 loops, the last 7 averaging a bit under 3 minutes.

Led a magnificent warm-up until everyone ditched me in favour of Emma's boring one.

Probably more just didn't bother to time it
