Control description training but my knees and leg were sore so took it slow. Made sure to fully understand where control was ahead of time and plan ahead. Went fairly well other then a few controls. Checking control descriptions every control would still slow be now quite a bit in a race though.

Picked up controls but tried to check control descriptions again and visualize control (even though I had already been there).
Just guessing at how long we were running for since I know total time was an hour. Did ginger valley loops. Did 7 sets doing 1, 2, 3, 4, 3, 2, 1 loops (+ extra depending on everyone's speed). Knees started hurting at the end of the 3rd set, so slowed down for the 4th, but eventually picked up the pace again.
Did a short course and line-O at Lions club (with vegetation and most trails taken off). I didn't feel great orienteering but that had to do with I knew the area way to well and felt sloppy. Then collected flags with sudden.
