orienteering - General 44:42 [2] 4.26 km (10:30 / km)
Decided to do the first loop after all, but skipped 15 at the end since I didn't feel like crossing the river again and the lack of a flag as well. The training went pretty terrible, I never felt like I actually got to open up and run. The general feeling of sloppiness also contributed to be not feeling too good about this. Granted I never actually do to well in the dark orienteering. I think when I run on Saturday I'm going to bring my new compass and a map with me, because today it didn't feel natural at all when I was orienteering.
