Contour only train in the rain. Was just focusing on making sure I had a plan going into every leg and knew the features I wanted to use. Didn't end up actually being focused and orienteering well until half way through. Also about 5 minutes of this was running to and from the start/finish.

Intervals/Hills. 4 sets of the workout at Churchill where you start at the bridge on ravine road and run up the 4 hills around it, followed by a 2 min rest (last 2 rests I ended up getting an extra 10-15 seconds). My watch seems to think I ended up running 35m of climb, which unless my legs have gotten extremely weak, that is likely not the case.
