SMT with Trav, Hadron, and a surprise inclusion of Roxy. Today's run featured some different "fun" intervals crafted my Trav in there this time. These new features being, K2 from point 0/ground level to the top and a loop of K2. Times were 2:31 to the top and 4:26 around the loop. Also had the added benefit of getting to chase Hadron up them.

Over to the escarpment, some running in between the two hills and afterwards.

Did three hills going up the escarpment (starting around the rail tracks). The first three times I did a loop taking another trail to get to the bottom again. Took a two minute break and then ran up again and ended up at the peak attempting to find who ever threw a rock at me from the top (logged non-hills in other part). Then ran twice more up, once up some rocky stoner trail I stumbled across and then ran hard a final time up the normal trail (it's probably a bit under 400m, not sure the climb though)
