Chasing start, plan was just to take conservative routes, and was feeling pretty relaxed with not much to run for after yesterday’s run.

Didn’t realize I’d forgotten my control description holder until the start, which definitely would have been nice to have today. Fun terrain and was enjoying the orienteering until attacking the control on the long leg 9. For majority of the 10 minutes lost on that control I must have been with 150m of the control, but I couldn’t find it for the life of me.

Not my finest race... however did destroy the finish split in 29s. Probably the fastest 200m I have ever run in my life.

First race at oringen I wanted to take seriously ...clearly that approach didn't work for me. I should probably drink more often before my races, if my sprint was anything to go by.

Anyway somehow didn't get to the arena until half an hour before my start, which meant I had to quickly get changed and do a rushed warm-up
