Mass start relay training with OK Orion in some nice fast forest. Only one with slightly longer forking to 3rd control, so I ended up getting pulled in the wrong direction and lost the front. Luckily, some nice running sections I could push the pace, and with the help of Anton Johansson bobbling a control, I could catch back up.

Technically, mispunched since hit the wrong forking to 9, however had a little gap to Anton and Erik Anderson at the moment, so wasn’t feeling like trying my luck at recatching them again.

Satisfied with the training. I kept with the two the full way and in a good relay headspace getting pulled by the front, but doing own orienteering in circle and making sure I hit the right controls (just ignore #9).

https://imgur.com/gallery/h4Bu3wY ...oops, turns out I missed the control in the green.

Old map, questionable course, and it seems like for some reason choices were made to make the map as difficult as possible to read

Running the course initially at a comfortable fast speed, but ended up slowing down after a couple massive mistakes and eventually bailed on the end of the course. Night-o did feel better, and doing some good orienteering in the beginning though

Going to take it a little easier leading into the spain camp, to avoid overdoing my training before I get there
