Smalandskavlen last leg. ~20 mins behind Viktor Svensk’s leg time. I think Gustav and maybe also Martin Regborn took a minute off him.

Absolute disaster physically. Legs felt bad in the morning, but I was assuming they would show up when I needed them. They didn’t.

No forking on the last leg, but I was getting dropped by people I know I should be keeping up with. Technically clean apart from 3 legs. Turns out I ended up making 6-7 mins of mistakes, which I’m quite surprised about since I felt cleaner than that.

Stopped on the way to 3 when I thought I was one hill further along on the leg, and confused why nothing looked like it should. Also completely messed up later on as well.

Lost 90s to 7 because I assumed I scaled down the worst of the cliffs. Just made a complete mess of 8. Several small mistakes all in the middle of the leg.

Had a couple colds and some problems with my shins the last couple weeks so not the greatest training done. Will hopefully actually update my log later.

running intervals 30:00 [4] 7.66 km (3:55 / km)
shoes: Saucony Kinvara 10 (2)

10x 2 min w/ 1 min rest on the usual muddy gravel path.

Feeling pretty good. First interval slow but all the others somewhere in the 3:05-12 min/km range.
