Sprint in Älmhult. Pretty wet out, so not really throwing myself around the corners and never really got moving too fast.

Switched shoes and did 8x 90/30 out and back along the path. Somewhere in the 3:15-20 range.

Decent run. I made a couple minutes of mistakes to 3 and 4 so I was happy to hold off Lukas (who started 2 mins behind me) until 10. Going to 4 I decided to not take the trail (which was clearly faster) and go straight to make things more fun, but I made a mess of it.

~30s mistake attacking control 10 so I hit the control at the same time as Lukas. Running just behind him from there until 13. Lukas had a bad direction leaving 13 so I passed him there.

I’m not sure why only today, but I had some combination of sweat and hair gel pouring into my eyes from the rain. Eyes burning and crying pretty much the whole last 2 thirds of the course, so that added an extra challenge. My eyes and vision were pulsing upon finishing.
