Long o with Lukas. I didn’t see a couple extra people had registered last night, so I gave my map away. Took turns orienteering with Lukas’s map.

Legs are feeling a bit tired now, it’s been a while since I’ve run 2+ hours in terrain.

I had meant to run the Växjö park run this morning, but a little hungover and mostly still drunk so I bailed 1km into the jog there.

Puked in the kitchen sink and fell asleep on the common room couch, so everyone in the corridor loved me.

Figured I should do something so a small threshold workout.

2x 10 min with 2 min easy in the middle.

Running between the bus stop and the ski hill

running hills 46:50 [3] 8.22 km (5:42 / km) +500m 4:22 / km

8x hanaslövbacken. Strava seems to disagree, but the hill is 60-70m tall.

I had planned on 10 but unfortunately the bus on the way there was late. Also I was surprised to find snow and a few people skiing so I had to take longer route up.
