4x 4 mins w/ 3 mins jog recovery. Met Silvia after the first interval to restart the second one together, but then different paths happened to be taken and the rest were run alone.

Beer Orienteering. Really fun with some technical courses. I a little foolishly gave away my compass before hand so it became quite tricky.

Good first 2 loops hanging close to the lead, then I messed up big time on third. A giant marsh was added to have the map and some roads which confused the hell out of me. Anyway, I ran off the map a couple times and took 23 minutes on this loop.

Solid 4th loop and then I figured I might as well try the mirrored 5th loop which the leaders went out with. Too much to handle and I jogged back never finding control 3.

Drinking felt quite good running beer orienteering for the first time on an empty stomach, admittedly this was helped by having a large "break" after the first 3 beers.

2x 3 courses with 3-4 mins rest in between. Not too much sleep the past few nights so not pushing too hard. Pretty good orienteering. A couple mistakes where there was no tape at the control and I spent some time wandering unsure if it was my control. Also no trails on my map.
