RUN #2: I was a little nervous about the TM Hill Ladder workout but it worked out well. Probably the hardest one was 6:00 at 9:20 pace. 10:00/10:00pace/4% incline, 6:00/9:20/4%, 3:00/8:40/4%. Did not cut the cool down short because I know this is important!
