Running 1:28:00 [3] 8.2 mi (10:44 / mi)
RUN #2: 2:00 Hill repeats with alternating run/walk ups and all hard run downs. Warm up and cool down ended up being longer (20:00) because it took a while to get to the right type of hill. My 5th run up was losing gas for sure. Didn't find my garmin for this so just used old school watch and guessing on distance from knowing the area.
