WALK #5: Only did 20 minutes. Not feeling great after being sick and then getting long run done. Think I made myself rest for long run and then I was not full recuperated.

RUN #1: Did solo training run on mixed rolling jeep roads and some single track. This was after my cold all week so I ran maybe 4 hours and did a fast hard hike on lots of single track for 1.5hours at the end.
RUN #3: On TM, 5:00 each of ultra pace (11-12:00min/mi), easy 9:50, and 8:45. This was a good workout but I felt terrible as I went home sick from work yesterday with fever and sore throat.
