Hike after crappy feeling run to get more time on feet.

RUN #1: Due to hurricane Matthew had to reorganize weekend runs so I felt tired for the long run. Only did 2:20 of running and then did an hour fast hike afterwards. Not a great workout day at all. :o/
RUN #2: Hills on the 9's on treadmill. 6% hill at 9:50 pace. This workout got my heart rate up. People were vying for treadmills with the bad storms outside.
WALK #5: 8% incline on TM. This felt pretty good. I really worked on being efficient. Treadmill walks haven't felt good in a while so that's a positive.
