RUN #3: Semi-easy rolling run. The first 4.5 miles were difficult and my legs felt very heavy but then they started to shake out a bit.

Saturday Oct 15, 2016 #

Running 4:05:00 [3] 20.0 mi (12:15 / mi)

RUN #1: Started this one super early so got in some running in the dark. Ran the first hour a little faster than warm up but that was good. Did hill repeats about 2.5 hours into the run. Really focused on strong form. Legs were definitely feeling repeats by number 6 out of 9 x 2:00.

WALK #5: Finally getting this back down to what it was before. 8% incline at faster speed than usual.

Wednesday Oct 12, 2016 #

RUN #2: I was a little nervous about the TM Hill Ladder workout but it worked out well. Probably the hardest one was 6:00 at 9:20 pace. 10:00/10:00pace/4% incline, 6:00/9:20/4%, 3:00/8:40/4%. Did not cut the cool down short because I know this is important!

RUN #6: Sort of flat recovery run in neighborhood with dog. He was feeling the cooler morning weather so we were cruising!
