Running 1:28:00 [3] 8.2 mi (10:44 / mi)

RUN #2: 2:00 Hill repeats with alternating run/walk ups and all hard run downs. Warm up and cool down ended up being longer (20:00) because it took a while to get to the right type of hill. My 5th run up was losing gas for sure. Didn't find my garmin for this so just used old school watch and guessing on distance from knowing the area.

RUN #1: Hilly but easy run at Umstead. My legs were tired because I think I was pushing it a little too much on some of the uphills I caught when on the multi-use trails. Much more conservative on single track and happily remained on that steadily for the last hour.

RUN #3: Did 5x2:00 intervals at 10k pace but the pace actually felt and was much slower than my actual 10k race pace. Tired this week. Lots of busy-ness. Bleh.

WALK #5: 45 minutes on treadmill at 8.5%.

RUN #6: Easy run around neighborhood with dog. 63 degrees this morning so fairly pleasant for our jaunt. Felt good but took 2 days off in a row because last week made me really tired and my schedule this week will allow me to back load it with my workouts.
