RUN #1: Ended up doing flat this week at the beach boardwalk in CA and hillier for last week's long run. Felt pretty good but eating extra sugar makes me tired...back on track in one day!

RUN #4: Easy run around the harbor. Felt good to move after flying majority of day before.
